Pauline has over 25 years of experience advising ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, trustees, and beneficiaries in the Asia region in relation to succession and estate planning.

Pauline regularly advises ultra-high net worth families on bespoke trust solutions, including Private Trust Companies and protector committees to preserve family harmony and ensure proper succession plans are put in place for their wealth and businesses.

Pauline is specialised in wealth structuring strategies and solutions which ensure that her clients’ wealth and family businesses will benefit their chosen beneficiaries and nurture family harmony. She also has deep experience in corporate restructuring and in putting in place systems to empower families to preserve, grow and sustain their legacy across generations.

Pauline is a Chartered Trustee of the Singapore Trustee Association; a senior member of the Global-Asia Family Office Circle; and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP); the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators; and the Family Firm Institute (business advisory and family advisory). She is a native English and Mandarin speaker.
