Alistair is the Group Chief Executive Officer of MDR Mayfair. He has an extensive blue chip background in the international private wealth industry and has worked in the UK, Guernsey and the Cayman Islands. He specialises in the management of family offices and international private wealth structures, including trusts and commercial enterprises.
Previously Alistair spent 16 years at a private client firm of chartered accountants, where he qualified as both a Chartered Account and Chartered Tax Adviser before becoming a Partner. From there, he went on to become the CEO of a Single Family Office, where he served as a Director and CFO of a number of the family’s privately owned companies and charitable foundations.
Alistair joined MDR Mayfair as CEO in 2014, and now assists international families, their family offices and their businesses on a wide range of matters. Alistair works with his clients to create effective governance structures and helps them to equip the next generation for the responsibility of being custodians of their family’s heritage, assets and businesses. He also helps families to plan, build and launch their own private family offices.
