Laura Foley

Laura is Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MDR Mayfair Dubai. She joined the business as a Principal Advisor in 2018 before being promoted to Director in July 2021 and to Deputy Chief Executive Officer in July 2025.

Laura primarily focuses on working with clients to develop and implement the strategic wealth plans that are required to safeguard their families and their assets. She specialises in the management of international private wealth structures and family offices.

Prior to relocating to Dubai, Laura practised as a UK qualified Private Client Solicitor servicing high-net worth, complex multi-jurisdictional individuals and families with business interests. There, she advised on estate and wealth planning matters, the creation, tax treatment and governance of trusts, the preparation of Wills covering assets in multiple jurisdictions, and on UK residence and domicile.
